Typically, Janvees processes and dispatches orders within a couple of business days. Standard shipping across India usually takes around 5–7 business days for delivery (occasionally faster in metro areas). Shipping charges are very reasonable We also offer promotions on shipping: orders above ₹2000 may qualify for free shipping. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships, so you can monitor its progress until it reaches you.

We want you to be happy with every purchase. You may return or exchange items purchased from Janvees within 7 of delivery (following industry practice). As with most boutiques, the returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For example, one retailer notes customers have “an option to return and exchange items… within 7 days of receipt” as long as products are unused and have all tags. If you wish to return or swap a piece, just contact our customer care, and we will arrange a reverse pickup. Once we receive and inspect the item, you can choose a replacement or refund (typically as store credit) per our return policy.

Janvees supports secure online payment options only (Cash on Delivery is not available). We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, net banking, and popular UPI/mobile-wallet payments.
