We process and ship orders from our facility in Kottayam, Kerala.

Processing Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Fixed Shipping: A nominal fee of ₹50 is applicable on orders below the threshold.

The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and the name of the courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post). You can track your package directly on the courier’s website.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video
IMPORTANT: At Janvees, we take pride in our quality checks. However, to protect against any transit damage or missing items, we mandate that customers record a clear, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is received until it is fully opened.
This video is required to process any claims for replacements or returns. If you notice the outer packaging is significantly tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
5. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before returning it to our warehouse in Kottayam.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

In the event of a non-delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee may be charged to send the package again.
6. Address Changes
We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please email us at janveesgarments@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9048643797 within 12 hours of placing your order for any changes.
7. Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will generally call you before delivery. If you are unavailable, they may leave the package with a neighbor/security guard or attempt delivery the next day. Janvees is not responsible for packages once the tracking status shows "Delivered."
