Refund policy
At Janvees, we value your satisfaction. However, due to the varying nature of our inventory, return and refund eligibility is determined on a per-product basis as specified on the product page.
1. The 7-Day Window
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must initiate a request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
For a request to be processed, the item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be in its original packaging.

All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.

The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided.
3.Refund/Return Process
Product Category Policy Type Condition
Standard Items Refund or Return Full refund to original payment mode or replacement.
High-Demand/Sale Return Only Only eligible for a size exchange or replacement if defective.
Non-Returnable No Return/Refund Hygiene products or customized items (unless damaged).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
