SECTION 7 - MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

To protect against fraudulent claims, Janvees requires a clear, unedited Unboxing Video for any claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items. This video must start from the moment the courier seal is intact and show the entire opening process. Without this video, we reserve the right to refuse a return or replacement.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools (like payment gateways) or links. We have no control over these third parties and are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of their resources or websites.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Janvees is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Janvees, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products.

Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
